Scott Schwartz

Scott B. Schwartz, Esq. is the EVP & General Counsel for Depository Trust Company of Delaware, LLC dba Delaware Depository, a limited purpose trust company that provides precious metals safekeeping and shipping services for IRA custodians, regulated commodity exchanges (CME and ICE Futures), private wealth managers, and broker/dealers. Scott is an instructor for the Retirement Industry Trust Association (RITA) Institute. As an instructor, Scott provides guidance on industry best practices for administering precious metals holdings in IRAs. Scott also serves on the Board of Directors of the International Precious Metals Institute (IPMI) and Industry Council for Tangible Assets (ICTA).
