Tom W. Anderson has served as the President of RITA since 2010. Mr. Anderson has more than 50 years of experience in banking and was the founder and former President and CEO of the PENSCO Trust Company.
He was also the founder and President of PENSCO Pension Services, an IRS approved nonbank custodian and broker dealer, and founder and President of Financial Information Services (FIS), a bank consulting company. Prior to FIS he worked as VP and Director of Trust Systems for Bank of America following a position as VP and Head of Systems Development and Strategic Planning for the Hartford National Bank.
Mr. Anderson has a B.A. Degree from Trinity College, is considered an expert on self-directed IRAs, and has appeared in numerous national publications and other media outlets. He has also testified before the Department of Labor, the Treasury Department and the IRS on matters related to retirement savings.
